SMS - Making a change program
Making a change can be difficult, and requires focus, commitment and support. Keeping motivated is critical in the success of those who make lasting change. Our SMS program provides you with external support, which can help you stay motivated. We will support as you embark on change by providing a four week series of change-focused messages.
Our SMS program will:
- ask you to think about what you are changing and how this will benefit you in the short and long term
- help you prepare for making a change
- give you some ideas as you take action, and
- celebrate with you and keep you motivated as you focus on your commitment to making a change.
Sign up to our free text-based program, you may find them helpful as a starting point for your recovery, or alongside other treatment options to keep you on track. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Each program runs on a 28-day cycle. At the end of the 28 days, you can either repeat the message cycle or unsubscribe.
We will be creating new SMS campaigns regularly, so check in occasionally to see what our new programs are.
Please note: We will not receive any text messages that you reply to, except for a request to unsubscribe message.
