Self-help modules

Developed by professional addiction clinicians at Turning Point, the self-help program is a set of modules that are free to use, which you can complete at your own pace and at times that suit you.
The self-help program will help you identify how motivated you feel, help you set goals, identify what’s important to you, and help you develop a plan to address aspects of your life that have been affected by your drinking or drug use.
The modules are:

Looks at how motivated and able you feel right now.
Setting goals
Show you ways to set a goal to address your drinking or drug use that is specific, measurable, achievable and relevant within a time frame.
Your values
Helps you identify values that are important to you and helps you assess your drinking and drug use against your values.
